Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Greenworks Tools UK website.
The following terms and conditions apply to your use of our website. By using our website and/or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions as set out below.

1. Orders

1.1 Orders placed by you, the buyer, are subject to these terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions, express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit your statutory consumer rights.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment must be made in full before your order is processed. Once we receive payment, we will confirm your order by email. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us takes place on the dispatch (i.e., sending) of the goods ordered.

3. Prices

3.1 Prices are as set out on our website. These prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate.

4. Cancellation and Returns Policy

4.1 This Cancellation and Returns Policy applies when there is no fault with the goods you have ordered. If there is a fault, please see section 8, "Defective Goods," instead. We aim to treat you as we ourselves would expect to be treated.
4.2 You may cancel your contract with us for the goods ordered any time from the time you place your order up until 30 days from the date you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing or by email.
4.3 All goods should be returned unopened and in their original packaging. If the packaging has been opened, damaged, or discarded, a fee may apply to cover the costs of returning items to resaleable condition.
4.4 If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel after the item has been dispatched, you will need to return it. The cost of return carriage will be deducted from your refund if you refuse delivery.
4.5 We can arrange the collection of goods for return and charge a fee for this service. Alternatively, you may arrange the return yourself using a secure courier with full traceability.

5. Cancellation by Us

5.1 We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock, if we do not deliver to your area, or if the pricing was incorrect. We will notify you by email and re-credit you as soon as possible.

6. Delivery of Goods
6.1 Delivery will be made to the address you provide at the time of your order as soon as possible. Ownership of the goods passes to you upon delivery, after which we have no further liability for loss, theft, or destruction of the goods.

7. Errors in Delivery; Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

7.1 If goods delivered are damaged, defective, incorrect, or delivered in the wrong quantities, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We will aim to resolve the issue by:
      • Correcting the error
      • Repairing or replacing damaged or defective goods
      • Adjusting the delivery to match the order
      • Offering a full or partial refund. 8.2 If goods develop a fault more than 30 days after delivery, please contact us to arrange warranty repair or replacement.

    8. Website

8.1 We aim to ensure the accuracy of information on our website. However, we are not liable for errors or omissions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice or liability.

9.1 We will not be liable for failure to deliver goods or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, floods, fire, or industrial disputes.

        10. Invalidity

10.1 If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain unaffected.
