Cordless Chainsaw Small-Format Work in Tight Garden Spaces
A 25cm bar can be easier to position where access matters as much as cutting length. Around shrubs, established planting, stacked timber or individual fallen branches, less cutting attachment has to be manoeuvred around the surrounding area.
That can be useful after pruning, when branches need reducing for disposal or storage, as well as for smaller pieces of garden timber. The compact format keeps the saw proportionate to these jobs without choosing additional bar length simply because a larger saw is available.
The tool-only 25cm small electric chainsaw keeps the same nominal bar size and 40V platform but does not include a battery. If compatible 40V power equipment is already available, that avoids duplicating the battery kit; the current model instead supplies the 2Ah battery and charger.
The 25cm format should still be matched to the material rather than treated as a substitute for either a very compact pruning saw or a longer conventional chainsaw. Its advantage is compact positioning when the regular cutting workload genuinely suits the shorter bar.
Cordless Small Chainsaw Ownership for Users Who Want a Complete Compact Kit
A cordless small chainsaw with its battery supplied is useful when both the compact cutting tool and compatible power equipment are still needed. The included 2Ah pack removes the need to source a separate Greenworks 40V battery before the saw can be used.
If compatible batteries are already owned, the battery-included package offers less practical benefit because the same 25cm cutting size is available tool only. Package contents should therefore be judged separately from bar length: the cutting job may suit 25cm whether or not another battery is required.
A larger complete kit serves a different cutting scale. The 36cm cordless chainsaw with battery uses the POWERALL 24V×2 system with two 4Ah batteries, changing both the bar length and battery arrangement rather than simply adding capacity to the current saw.
The 25cm 40V kit fits most naturally where regular work involves branches and lighter garden timber, compact positioning is useful and a compatible battery still needs to be supplied with the tool.
