This website is the UK shop of the manufacturer of Greenworks Tools. Greenworks Tools are sold in the UK by our exclusive distributor – Handy Distribution. When you purchase from this site you will transact directly with Handy Distribution.

The simple answer is NONE – it’s FREE.
As long as you place an order with a value of £50 or more you won’t pay for delivery
If your order is less than £50 we ask you to pay £6.50 for machines & £5 for replacement parts.

Again, the answer is simple.
We use PayPal as our payment gateway – it’s secure and they accept all major credit and debit cards.

We aim to ship next working day wherever and whenever possible. However, it is impossible to guarantee this – but it is our objective. If you live in England, Wales and the central belt of Scotland and place your order before 2pm there is a very good chance you should receive your parcel the following day.

We have selected Paypal as our online payment provider. Neither Greenworks or Handy Distribution sees or keeps any of your payment data on our website or servers, its all stored very securely by Paypal. Both Paypal and our company are fully GDPR compliant.

A very simple process begins. Once we can see the payment has reached our Paypal payment gateway then your order is transmitted to the warehouse for picking and packing.
Once the carrier has collected the parcel you will receive an e-mail confirming the parcel has left. That e-mail will also contain your invoice. Depending on the carrier used for that order they may also e mail you or send a text message giving confirmation of receipt of the parcel and an estimated delivery time.
